In order to ensure all our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience, we ask that you adhere to the following policies:

Guest Agreement & Stay Guidelines

Welcome to Kaibab Camper Village by WYLDE. A few things to know before you book, so your stay goes as smoothly as the rest of the trip.

Reservations & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations made 14 or more days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund or a future stay credit.
  • Cancellations within 14 days of arrival, no-shows, and early departures are non-refundable.
  • Reservation changes are subject to availability and current rates.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: From 12:00 PM
  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM
  • Late check-in may be arranged with advance notice.
  • Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Site Assignments

  • We guarantee your site type, but not a specific site number.

Occupancy

  • Each site includes up to 4 adults.
  • Additional adults (18+) are $10 per person, per night.
  • Children 17 and under stay free.
  • Maximum occupancy is 8 guests per site.
  • All guests must be registered at the time of booking.

Pet Policy

  • Well-behaved pets are welcome.
  • Pets must remain leashed, attended, and cleaned up after at all times.
  • Pets are not permitted in restrooms or laundry facilities.
  • Aggressive behavior or excessive noise is not allowed.

Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Generators are not permitted.
  • Please be respectful of neighboring guests and the natural environment.

Vehicles & Parking

  • Property speed limit: 5 MPH.
  • Park only in designated areas.
  • Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense.
  • EV charging is available with prior approval and a fee of $20 per night.
  • ATV/UTV use is limited to entering and exiting the property.

Fire Safety

  • The property is located in a fire-sensitive area.
  • Guests must comply with all fire restrictions.
  • Smoking and vaping are prohibited in shared spaces, buildings, restrooms, laundry facilities, and anywhere that may create a fire risk.
  • Firewood is available for purchase and may be subject to local restrictions.

Utilities & Wi-Fi

  • Water and utilities are limited resources and should be used responsibly.
  • Utility service is provided as a convenience and cannot be guaranteed.
  • RV tank filling requires prior approval and may incur additional fees.
  • Property-wide Wi-Fi is currently unavailable while infrastructure improvements are underway.
  • Cellular service is generally available but may vary by provider.

Waste & Sanitation

  • Dispose of trash in designated receptacles.
  • Sewer connections and waste disposal must comply with all applicable regulations.
  • Guests are expected to leave their site clean and in reasonable condition.

Property Use

The following activities require prior approval:

  • Events and group gatherings
  • Drones
  • Commercial activities
  • Mechanical repairs
  • Construction projects
  • Subletting

Guest Responsibility

  • Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and personal property.
  • The property is not liable for injury, loss, theft, or damage to people, pets, vehicles, RVs, or personal belongings.
  • Guests may be charged for damages, excessive cleaning, unpaid balances, policy violations, or misuse of the property.

Conduct Policy

Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest, visitor, pet, or vehicle for:

  • Policy violations
  • Disruptive behavior
  • Safety concerns
  • Misuse of the property

Removal from the property may occur without refund.

Nature of Stay

  • All stays are temporary recreational accommodations.
  • The property is not intended for residency.
  • Stays exceeding 28 days require prior approval.

Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

By making a reservation or staying at the property, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
